"Something I built using Claud.Ai is that each morning it looks at my calendar, sees what I am booked for and which spaces are not booked. Then it picks some tasks, sends me a text,  "Hey, boss, I see you have some free time between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.; here are some tasks, is it OK if I block off time for these on your calendar? And how long do you think it would take to do each? Then it does it  - or doesn't do it -based on my response. The point is it respects my boundaries. Unlike Notion, which just reorders all the events on your calendar the moment you miss one task deadline.
