Workshop: The best way to set up Claude Cowork for publishers

The real opportunity with Claude Cowork is not the chatbot, but to build agents that perform repeatable skills under supervision. Automating rote tasks can save hours a day or week and allow publishers to launch projects still on the roadmap.

Several publishers have told us they were not sure how to get started, and that’s actually exactly the right question.

A better initial setup eliminates a hundred rabbit holes and gets better results down the line. We’ll show you step by step how to  organize files, give context about your media, set rules for Cowork to use, connect apps, and slowly build a solid, repeatable, automated workflow.

We’ll address pricing, tokens, and step-by-step instructions to build the foundation in this 90-minute hands-on workshop. We’ll end by building a repeatable skill Claude performs on a schedule, saving hours of experimentation.

We’ll take questions as we go so bring a laptop; you can realistically set Cowork up on the spot.

By the end of 90 minutes,  know how to set up properly 0r have done it, have a repeatable skill and understand key concepts.

It includes a written guide of all of the steps, and prompts for 9 common publisher skills.

Note: This workshop is limited to 20 and free to members, or $225 for non-members (a membership is $125 for six months, so you might want to join first).  It will take place on Thursday, September 10, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and we’ll keep the room open with a coach until 1 p.m, EST.
